Jung understood that creativity is not simply a product of the intellect—it is a sacred transmission. When he speaks of a “spiritual bond,” he is pointing to the deep inner connection between the individual and the greater mystery of existence. True creative power arises when one is attuned to that deeper source, beyond ego or ambition. It is in this space—quiet, receptive, and reverent—that inspiration flows freely. Creativity, in its highest form, is not self-expression but soul-expression. And unless we are anchored in that spiritual depth, our creations may remain clever, but not truly alive.
